Terms of Service – ZADAK

1. General
These Terms of Service govern all orders placed through ZADAK within the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., pricing or stock errors).

3. Minimum Order & Delivery
Minimum order value: 100 AED for delivery.
Pickup is available from our main location in Abu Dhabi.
Delivery schedule depends on area and product availability.

4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in AED and may change without notice.
Payment terms are confirmed individually—online or offline based on the customer profile.

 All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). A 5% VAT, as required by UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations, will be applied to your order total at checkout.

5. Product Information
Products are described as accurately as possible. Minor packaging or weight variations may occur depending on supplier updates.

6. Returns & Refunds
Food products are not returnable due to safety standards.
We offer replacements or refunds only for:

• Damaged products caused by us, or

• Quality issues reported immediately upon opening

Handled case-by-case, at our sole discretion.

7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide correct delivery details and check items upon receipt.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.

8. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect losses, delays, or business interruption caused by product usage or unavailability.

9. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Latest version will always apply.
