Our delivery services are available for wholesale and bulk orders placed through our website.

Minimum Order Requirement

The minimum order value is AED 100.

Orders below AED 100 are subject to a delivery fee if accepted.

Delivery Fees

  • Orders AED 100 and above: Free delivery within Abu Dhabi.

  • Orders below AED 100: Delivery fee of AED 20 (Abu Dhabi).

  • Other Emirates: Delivery fee may vary depending on location and will be confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery Time

  • Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days.

  • Other Emirates: 1–4 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.

Customers will receive order confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address,

  • Customer unavailable,

  • Refusal of order,

The order may be rescheduled and additional delivery charges may apply.

Perishable Products

As we supply food products, customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order.

We are not responsible for product quality issues after successful delivery and handover.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Approved cases may result in replacement, refund, or store credit.
