Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged goods

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect item delivered

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened food products

  • Perishable items that were properly delivered

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Change-of-mind purchases


Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement product may be issued, OR

  • A refund may be processed to the original payment method, OR

  • Store credit may be provided.

Refund processing time: 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Return Handling

If product return is required, our team will arrange collection or provide drop-off instructions within the UAE.
