1. What is the minimum order requirement?
A minimum order value of AED 100 is required for all deliveries across the UAE.
2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Free delivery is available on all orders of AED 100 or above across the UAE.
3. Which areas do you deliver to, and how long does delivery take?
We deliver across the UAE. Estimated delivery timeframes are:
- Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days
- Other Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ): 1–4 business days
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday). Delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. For bulk or recurring orders, please contact us to discuss payment terms suitable for your business.
5. Is VAT included in your prices?
All prices displayed on our store are exclusive of VAT. A 5% VAT is applied at checkout in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. A VAT-compliant invoice is issued with every order. ZADAK is a registered business in Abu Dhabi (Trade Licence No. CN-1187375).
6. Where do your products come from? How do you ensure quality?
ZADAK sources premium food products from trusted regional and international suppliers. All products meet UAE food safety and import standards. We work closely with our supply partners to maintain consistent quality, proper storage conditions, and accurate labelling across our entire range — including honey, oils, sesame pastes, grains, dairy, and specialty pantry items.
7. What is your returns and refunds policy?
We accept returns or issue replacements only for products that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Photographic evidence of the damaged goods must be provided.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the buyer. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
8. How do I place a bulk or recurring order?
For bulk purchases, standing orders, or customised supply arrangements, please reach out to us directly via WhatsApp or email. Our team will work with you to confirm product availability, pricing, and a delivery schedule that fits your operation.
